3. Watch this video for your workout preparation. Most people jump into exercise without doing a little prep work first. I'd recommend getting a FOAM ROLLER as a good place to start. Spend 15-30 minutes on cardio each day possible prior to starting your plan. It will take 4-6 days to get your plan fully developed after your consultation.
